COURSE OF POETRY INTERPRETATION AND EXPRESSIVE READING

The course is aimed at restoring a direct contact, at first emotional and intuitive, and only after critical and interpretative with the poetic word. The student will be immersed in the text and encouraged to an instinctive approach, not immediately mediated by its highest quality, its being a work of art.
To be so, the poetic word, has been weighed by the poet for its most evocative, intrinsic value of sign and symbol, sound and meaning, rhythm and silence, a selection within a common heritage that means a clear choice and as such can represent a starting point for an assessment of his poetry in a broadest sense.
Only then, considering the word as sound, as meaning, as a form defined by rhythm, as an act of choice and will, at times of revolt of the poet in assembling to express his vision of the world, only then the student can fully enjoy it, compare with his own vision of reality, open to new ideas, internalize and return it creatively, in an expressive reading and, if necessary, an interpretation which will make use of his subjectivity, while he returns a universal.

WORD AS SOUND

Word as a phenomenon of expansion, manifestation and communication of man as instrument within the limits but also great potentials of his physiological and phonetic system and mechanics. The form that the word has taken on, the signifier, whether is derived from sounds emitted spontaneously or by imitation of natural sounds, is produced by them.
Its evaluation opens up therefore to underlying investigations of the route that leads to speech, from the diaphragm to the word, in a complete relationship with the body and emotions: the whole being is always involved! Word as music of human, then.

WORD AS A CRITICAL SELECTION AND METAPHOR OF REALITY

The seeds of a typical creative process that has always been characteristic of human activity and that is accomplished in two steps: critical observation of reality data with identification of its characteristic points and finally the choice of the means to make them available. Each person participates, as a result of the historical evolution of this process of "poiesis", of production par excellence, but continues to be active participant in the present, in every creative moment of its existence.
The word is cultural sedimentation always renewing, therefore the significance wiil be investigated by the etymology to its layers in time to meet the needs of a changing reality.

WORD AS ACT OF CREATION

A phase strictly subjective and creative. Mastering the word, now the student will be asked to an expressive, personal, and therefore critical reading of the text, and called upon to interpret himself through those dark empty signs, bizarre and naked on the white sheet, but that even contain within the mystery of a soul.

Of course everything can be previously agreed or integrated with educational activities in progress.
